The enteric methane research led by PICCC focuses on improving our ability to measure methane emissions from ruminants at a range of scales, from individual animals through to herd and paddock scales. The methane abatement research is investigating strategies that farmers can adopt now to reduce methane while improving energy efficiency and productivity.
